Solent based near the River Hamble which is situated between Chichester and Poole. This ensures we are ideally situated to cover all the South Coast including Poole, Christchurch, Lymington, Beaulieu, Bucklers Hard, Hythe, Southampton, Hamble, Fareham, Gosport, Port Solent, Portsmouth, Southsea, Emsworth, Bosham, Chichester, Shoreham and Brighton.

Poole being the largest natural Harbour in the UK and home to Sunseeker is a regular yacht survey location for us. There are no travelling expenses for the Poole area.
Poole harbour is a very busy boating harbour located to the western side of the Solent offering good shelter and easy entrance at all tides. Christchurch nearby is also often visited by us for survey work.
There are several marinas in the Harbour:

• Parkstone Yacht Club Haven
• Poole Quay Boat Haven
• Lake Yard Marina
• Sunseeker International Marina (this yard is private)
• Cobbs Quay
• Poole Yacht Club
• Davis’s Boatyard
  

We can attend any of the above as well at the many smaller locations and moorings.

If the survey requires a lift in for sea trial or out for inspection of below the waterline areas then organising a lift at one of the above yards may be required.

The marinas and yards listed above all have facilities for lifting vessels for survey purposes. If you would like to discuss or require assistance in organising a lift for survey then please contact us. Lifts are normally organised by brokers for pre purchase surveys however please contact us if you require assistance in organising a lift or further advice on organising a survey at Poole or Christchurch.

We are Affiliate surveyor members of the Yacht Designers and Surveyors Association (Y.D.S.A), and work to their code of practice. We are also Associate members of The Institute of Marine Engineering, Science and Technology (IMarEST). We are therefore well qualified and equipped to provide a professional and informative service, keeping the buyers interests at the forefront. We pride ourselves with comprehensive yet concise reports, clearly detailing the recommendations to best suit your requirements. Reports are provided in a timely manner.
