Solent based near the River Hamble which is situated between Chichester and Poole. This ensures we are ideally situated to cover all the South Coast including Poole, Christchurch, Lymington, Beaulieu, Bucklers Hard, Hythe, Southampton, Hamble, Fareham, Gosport, Port Solent, Portsmouth, Southsea, Emsworth, Bosham, Chichester, Shoreham and Brighton.

Chichester and Langstone Harbours being close to our base are visited regularly for survey instructions without incurring any travelling expenses. Chichester and Langstone harbours cover a large area just to the west of Selsey Bill. There are a large number of marinas / moorings / launching sites in the harbour such as:

• Thornham marina
• Birdham Pool
• Chichester Marina
• Dell Quay
• Northshore yachts
• Wilson’s Boat yard
  

We often attend these locations along with the smaller yards located in and around the harbours.

If the survey requires a lift in for sea trial or out for inspection of below the waterline areas then organising a lift at one of the above yards may be required.

The marinas and yards listed above all have facilities for lifting vessels for survey purposes. If you would like to discuss or require assistance in organising a lift for survey then please contact us. Lifts are normally organised by brokers for pre purchase surveys however please contact us if you require assistance in organising a lift or further advice on organising a survey at Chichester or Langstone Harbours.
